As I had already learned the basics of creating short videos at home, I felt drawn to summarise my views on Spiritual and Metaphysical topics for the benefit of a wider audience. By way of background, I have been continuously involved with spiritual teachings, gurus, spiritual groups and the study of Comparative Religion since 1974. My involvement has been such that outside of my work and social connections as an NHS GP, over 90% of my friends and social circle have been with people with similar drives and interests. To get a feel of what it means ‘to find one’s tribe’ please look at the website www.batgap.com where there are over 750 interviews/ conversations with ‘spiritually awakening individuals’.

In my project I selected some thirty topics to speak about and developed a format of ‘Tell me in 10 minutes what this is about’.
